CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 
BOXING K.O.

This is a 55 minute, heart-pounding workout that incorporates high energy boxing mixed with conditioning exercises to give you an all around, full body work out. 

KICK K.O.

Kick and punch your way to a leaner, fitter you with Kick K.O. This class uses both kicking and punching mixed with conditioning exercises to give you an all around, full body work out. 

COMBO K.O.

Boxing combo combines the best of two ouf our classes: Boxing and Cross Training. Get heart-pumping bagwork AND strength and conditioning training using weights, body bars, dumbbells and much more. 

SELF DEFENSE

Ka-Ju-Kembo is offered at our facility once a week. This class teaches the fundamentals of self defense. The practice is for practical daily use.

CAMP K.O.

Camp K.O. is a Cross Training/Boot Camp Style class that focuses on form and pace. We don't stop at dumbbells and pull up bars, we bring out the ropes, sledge hammers, kettle bells and tire. No two workouts are ever the same. 

BOXING TECHNIQUE

This class focuses on the basics using shadow boxing, mitt work and technique boxing drills for any member looking for exercise or to take it to the next level of competition.

KIDS K.O.

Kids K.O. classes are our Boxing K.O. classes with the added benefit of parents being able to bring their school aged children to participate during this time. Children must be over age 6 and be able to stay on task during class. We will add a short video clip soon.
