TYPE OF CLASSES

BOXING K.O.
A 55 minute, heart-pounding workout that incorporates high energy boxing mixed with conditioning exercises to give you an all around, full body work out.

ALL AGES K.O.
All Ages K.O. classes are our Boxing K.O. classes with the added benefit of parents being able to bring their school-aged children to participate during this time. Children must be over age 7 and be able to keep pace and stay on task during class.

KICK K.O.
Kick and punch your way to a leaner, fitter you with Kick K.O. This class uses both kicking and punching mixed with conditioning exercises to give you an all around, full body work out.

BOXING TECHNIQUE
This class focuses on the basics using shadow boxing, mitt work and technique boxing drills for any member looking for exercise or to take it to the next level of competition.

COMBO K.O.
Combines the best of two ouf our classes: Boxing and Cross Training. Get heart-pumping bagwork AND strength and conditioning training using weights, body bars, dumbbells and much more.

Step into our gym where the vibe hits like a knockout punch! Our electrifying sound system and lively playlist is crafted to make you move. Our community is all in, ready to welcome beginners and seasoned pros alike - EVERYONE is welcome! Our focus is teaching proper form and technique so you can train like a fighter and walk out feeling like a champion!
