About Us

Club K.O. proudly offers two locations to serve you. Our facility is clean, spacious and non-intimidating. We specialize in group exercise classes, personal training and amateur boxing instruction.


We offer Boxing, Kickboxing, Cross Training and Self Defense classes for those who want a fun, exciting and heart pounding work out. We also offer Boxing Technique classes for amateur fighters looking to further their skills. All ages classes are available for ages 7 and older. (Ages 7-12 can only participate in All Ages class.) Additionally, we also offer one-on-one private personal training with certified personal trainers. 


Get in shape with a work out regimen that will keep you interested and get you results. Our classes help you burn 800-1,000 calories an hour. 1. Pick and Sign Up for your 1st class!



2. Arrive to our facility 5-10 minutes prior to class start time.

We do not allow late admission for first time participants. We do not provide loaner gloves, towel service or water. We do have a water refill station. Please, bring your own items or you can purchase on-site. If you need further instruction, go to the "How To Sign Up" page under "Resources" tab above.


Club K.O. is open daily Monday-Saturday.


We are open 5-10 minutes prior to class start time and close immediately after class ends.
