Club K.O. organizes groups to run in 5k's throughout the fall and spring seasons. Every 5k benefits an organization that helps those who are in need. Most groups will be required to have 10 people minimum in order to participate under Team Knock Out.

Huntington's Disease is a devastating, hereditary, degenerative brain disorder for which there is, at present, no effective treatment or cure. HD slowly diminishes the affected individual's ability to walk, think, talk and reason. Eventually, the person with HD becomes totally dependent upon others for his or her care. Huntington's Disease profoundly affects the lives of entire families – emotionally, socially and economically. HD often begins in mid-life, between the ages of 30 and 50, though diagnosis has occurred as early as 6 months and as late as 88 years of age. Children who develop the juvenile form of the disease rarely live to adulthood.
