"I am here to give proof of how extremely powerful and effective Club K.O. has been for me. I have always been an extremely active person, but my lack of exercise started to catch up with me. I knew I needed to initiate exercise, but I hadn't worked out consistently since high school. I was really worried about how to start up a fun and effective way to get my body in shape. A friend invited me to try a free class, which was great. Not only did it challenge me, but at the end of the class I can honestly say that I couldn't wait to join permanently. Within a couple of weeks you could notice a huge difference in my body shape and energy level. I have dropped pant sizes, bra sizes, and have lost my double chin. I would encourage anyone to join. The gym is an extremely uplifting place, and makes getting healthy fun. The gym now offers a variety of classes from cardio boxing, kick boxing, boot camp, and abs classes. “I’m an avid sports man; football and track is my thing but during the off season I wanted to get a cardio workout that equaled the training I received during the normal season. I found K.O. Fitness and it was more intense than my usual workouts! It’s a fast-paced, intense workout that has given me great results. The music that plays while the class is going keeps you pumped and you find yourself working harder. Rico and Genieve are awesome, they make sure everyone is doing the right moves and encourages anyone, no matter what physical shape, to keep going and they are doing great. “I have been attending Club K.O. about once a week for the past ten months. It provides an intense brief workout which is quite exhausting for someone with a fairly sedentary lifestyle like me. After nearly a year, I can't explain the results except to say that I feel better, I'm more limber, and I feel stronger, especially through my stomach and lower back. I have had some aches and pains; I have to be careful not to hurt my hands or my knees, but overall I think it's a wise choice to keep coming. Even my scores on my annual physical have improved!”

"I don't think that I can truly put into words how much Club KO has changed my life. I have never been consistent in any exercise routine. I joined Club K.O on April 18 a day after my 34th birthday. I was determined that I would not go into my 35th year still overweight and complaining that I needed to do something about it. After my first class I was hooked. Every class that I attend is challenging, yet rewarding. Our instructors, Genieve and Rico, encourage us, but also motivate us to push past our comfort zone and get the best results from our workout. I couldn't believe what a huge stress reliever hitting that punching bag turned out to be!
