Boxing K.O.
This class is a full body, one hour, cardio work out. This class utilizes boxing moves as a means for exercise. These moves will help you to burn 700+ calories an hour. Our instructors deliver a fun, high energy work out that is sure to keep you coming back for more. So, whether you are a beginner or an experienced boxer - come in and join us for your first class FREE. This class is suitable for ages 13 and up (ages of 13-17 must have parental consent), women and men alike and people of all shapes and sizes.
Camp K.O.
Get yourself in gear because this class will challenge every part of your body. Camp K.O. is a cross training/boot camp-style class that incorporates everything from weighted bars to resistance training using your own body weight. Our instructors conducts classes in an exciting and intense manor. Your instructor will switch up the routine every time you come in. We will provide a work out that will assist you in achieving your ultimate fitness goals. This class is suitable for ages 16 and up, however anyone between the ages of 13-17 must have parental consent.
Kick K.O.
This class is not martial arts instruction, we use basic punching and kicking movements for cardio training. During this intense, one hour work out you will kick and punch your way to leaner and fitter YOU! We are not just punching and kicking in the air. During the class you will kick and punch a real punching bag which will assist you in an 700+ calorie burn. This class is appropriate for people of all skill level and ages 13+ (13-17 year old must have parental consent).
Boxing Technique
This is a fighters work out! This class has it all...shadow boxing, bag work and a full body circuit. The class runs from 8-9:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday night. Boxing Technique is a new class that has been started to help competitive boxers as well as those just looking for an intense workout. Whether you are in it for exercise or trying to compete, this class has a place for you.
Combo K.O.
Combo K.O. is half boxing and half weight training. It is intense but suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises may be modified. There are never 2 classes exactly the same so you stay interested and motivated. Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 5 p.m. for this intense 55 minute class.
Kids K.O.
Kids K.O. every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-5:50 p.m. This class includes strength training, cardiovascular exercise and boxing training. This class is sure to keep your 6-12 year old interested and engaged the whole hour.
